How many days does it take to make my portrait?

Portraits are usually completed in 4-5 business days , but production times may vary depending on the number of requests, the complexity of your request, and any revisions you request.

In any case, we will keep you updated on the progress of your order. If you order a print in addition to the digital portrait, it will take approximately 7-8 days from the moment of your final approval of the portrait.

Is it possible to portray pets too?

Yes. Please note that animals are counted as people.
Example: 2 people + 1 dog = 3 people

Can I see a preview before ordering?

Our portraits are made by professional graphic designers, which is why it is not possible to preview them before ordering.

However, we will email you a preview of the drawing before finalizing or printing it. This will give you the opportunity to approve the portrait or ask for revisions.

Is it necessary for all the people to be drawn to be in a single photo?

No. Our artists can also combine people in separate photos.

What happens if I am not satisfied with my portrait?

Our artists and digital graphic designers are all specialized in cartoon and caricature drawings.

However, it may happen that the images do not correspond exactly to the ideas of the client; our works are made on the basis of the photos sent and are in caricaturist style and therefore subject to interpretation by the artist himself.

If you are not satisfied with the portrait, you can request changes to some details, such as hair color and length, subject proportions, objects you want to add, etc.

To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to provide us with as accurate information as possible. Remember that the portrait cannot be distorted and the background cannot be changed.

What should the photos I send you look like?

The better the quality of the photos, the easier and more accurate the work of our artists will be.

Avoid black and white photos, sepia-toned photos, photos with strong filters, photos taken from above and screenshots.

Also make sure that the subjects are clearly visible. If the quality and type of shot are not adequate, we will contact you by email.

In what format will I receive my portrait?

Our portraits are in HD digital format and are sent via email.

If you also order a print, you can add it to your cart in one of the available formats or you can also purchase it at a later time.

The print will be sent to the address you provide. In any case, the printing process will start only after the final approval of the portrait.

In what resolution will you send me the portrait in digital format?

Your digital portrait has a resolution of 4000x3000 dpi or higher.

This is a very high resolution ideal for printing on all the most common formats.

Can I do whatever I want with my image?
