HOW DOES THE REFUND WORK?
GetMeYellow unfortunately does not accept refunds for change of mind or for any other reason , and the contract cannot be canceled or refunded once the drawing has begun. For this reason we offer product reviews if the customer is not satisfied with their portrait.
- Pursuant to art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal, the right of withdrawal for products sold on GetMeYellow is not allowed as they are a supply of made-to-measure and clearly personalized goods and services.

If goods are received damaged or broken, the company will arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you under an expedited shipping arrangement. We only ask that you share a picture of the damaged product so that we can share it with our service provider.
What if my printed product arrives damaged?
While we hope this never happens, should you receive damaged goods or if you have a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at info@getmeyellow.com so that we can assist you personally and resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
