Orders are usually completed in 5-10 business days, but production times may vary depending on the complexity of your request. In any case, we will keep you updated on the evolution of your order. If you also order a print in addition to the digital portrait, it will take approximately 3-7 working days from the moment you approve the portrait.
Yes, we are happy to draw your pets too. Please note that animals are also counted as people, since we draw and stage them individually. (Example: 2 people + 1 dog = 3 people)
Since each image is drawn by hand, it is not possible to preview it before ordering. However, we will send you a preview of your image via email before finalizing or printing it. This will give you the opportunity to provide guidance on any changes or improvements.
No. Our artists can combine people contained in separate photos. If you have more photos than you can upload in the configuration form, we will be happy to receive them even after your order via e-mail at info@getmeyellow.com
Our artists all specialize in cartoon drawings. However, from time to time it may happen that the images do not correspond exactly to the customer's ideas. We would like to point out that we can only draw people based on the photos at our disposal. Furthermore, our works are caricature style cartoon drawings. For this reason, you should not expect a 1:1 scale portrait. However, our wish is that you recognize yourself in your portrait.
To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to provide us with the most accurate information possible from the outset. If you are not 100% satisfied with your portrait, you can request a free modification of the details, such as hair colors, length, proportions, etc.
Further requests not communicated at the time of the order will be subject to a revision fee of 15 euros. Such modifications include, for example, changes in clothing, posing, etc.
The better the quality, the easier and more accurate our artists' work will be. The more photos we have available, the better. It is important not to upload black and white or sepia photos. Photos with too strong filters, screenshots and photos taken from above are also not the best. If the quality and shot type are incorrect, we will contact you via email.
We will send you your image in digital format via email. Furthermore, if you want, you can also order a print in one of the formats you find HERE . The print will be sent to you at the delivery address you provide us. However, before printing your portrait, we will send it to you via e-mail to ask you if you like it.
You will receive your portrait with a resolution of approximately 3000/4000px. This resolution is sufficient to print on all common formats.
Yes, of course you can use your portrait however you like. The images we create for you are not subject to copyright.
